Coaching Insight Return Policy


If you’ve purchased a product or service from Coaching Insight that doesn’t meet your expectations we want to make it up to you! We offer the following compensation if you feel we let you down:

1. E-classes: These are offered as a series. If you wish to cancel, please alert us within 24 hours of receiving your first in the series; you can contact us by telephone or email. We will cancel continued delivery and refund your credit card the full payment price minus a $5 processing fee.

2. Books: If you believe we didn’t live up to our end of the bargain with a book that matches its advertised benefits, we’ll happily return your full purchase price, minus the shipping charge. Please alert us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and return your book in ‘as new’ condition to receive the full book price as a refund to your credit card. The book must be received within 30 days for your refund to be processed.

3. Tele-seminars or live, one-time programs: If you attended a Coaching Insight event that didn’t meet your expectation, we’ll issue a credit equal to its cost that you may apply toward your next purchase of any Coaching Insight service or product. Any credit we apply to your account will be in effect for 1 year and is not transferable to another party for their purchase.

4. Private or group coaching programs: If you participate in an ongoing Coaching Insight program and believe after 90 days that you’ve enjoyed no positive impact, we’ll refund your money in full. If after 90 days of your purchase you don’t contact us with your dissatisfaction, no refund is available.
