Extreme Self Care

Every time you're about to take off on a flight, you half hear and half ignore the 'safety features of this aircraft'.  But here's one you probably know by heart: if an emergency occurs and the oxygen mask drops down, place it over your own nose and mouth, inhale and then assist the child or passenger seated next to you.

This is an activity you may rarely apply to yourself, outside the confines of an airplane, yet this is exactly what can ensure you're equipped to respond to the responsibilities and obligations of your daily life!  Learn to take care of your own needs wants and desires first and you'll have a greater sense of ease, strength and reserve to give to others,  whether on the job, for your family or the many charitable and volunteer activities in which you throw yourself.

This workshop will provide tools and strategies to help re-enforce the value of self care and give you the power to 'yes' to yourself and (occasionally) 'no' to others.  You’ll learn that self care is a fundamental pre-requisite to responding openly and completely to the many obligations we are committed to fulfilling – for our family, business and friends.
