Intra-preneurship
This workshop will introduce you to the concept that the development of an employee as entrepreneur can have enormous benefit for both employer and employee.It is ironic that the entrepreneur generally will leave an employed situation if s/he considers it stifling to her/his dream, yet those dreams are the stuff that maintain the juggernaut of American business, your business.
The skills & attributes of the classic entrepreneur (ambitious, creative, desire for control, independence, risk taking, personal commitment, a sense of empowerment) combined with the deeper pockets of an established corporation (material, staffing, funds, technology) can be a powerful blend providing the appropriate rewards for all participants: employer/patron and employee/intra-preneur.
